Q: Why does the ticket quantity show N/A?

A: When a ticket Quantity shows as N/A that means those tickets have been sold out (Sorry). If you would like you can join the wait list and specify the ticket type for which you would like to wait. If the ticket type you want becomes available and you are at the top of the list, you will be sent an email with instructions and a special link for making your purchase. You will have 48 hrs. to complete your purchase before the ticket is made available to the next person or put in the general pool.

Q: What if I want to join the wait list to wait for a whole 2-person room to free up instead of just half a room?

A: If you want to join the wait list to purchase a whole 2-person room (or two commuter tickets at once) then specify a Quantity of 2 for Wait list. If a whole room (or two commuter tickets) become available at once and you are at the top of the list, you will be sent an email with instructions and a special link for making your purchase. You will have 48 hrs. to complete your purchase before the tickets are made available to the next person or put in the general pool. If just a single ticket becomes available, it will go to the next person on the list requesting a single ticket.

Q: Why are tickets sold according to club membership?

A: Each club has its own pool of tickets. Only purchase tickets from the club where you have your primary membership.

Q: Why do I get the message "You have already registered for this event"'?
The system remembers that you have already made a purchase and will not let you make another. If this is a problem for you please contact your club.
